Professor Vincent Aghaegbunam Onodugo is a distinguished scholar, academic leader, and management consultant with over 25 years of experience in higher education, research, and organizational development. He was the immediate past Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Nigeria, EnuguCampus, and currently serves as the Chair of the University’s Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Policy Committee. In these capacities, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in advancing academic excellence, fostering innovation, andstrengthening collaboration between academia, government, and industry.
With over 75 peer-reviewed publications and editorial roles including Editor-in-Chief of the Nigerian Journal of Management Research, Professor Onodugo’s researchspans entrepreneurship education, youth employment, and the sustainability of family-owned businesses in Nigeria. He has supervised and mentored numerous PhD and MSc students, nurturing the next generation of scholars both nationally andinternationally.
